Aberfoyle Hub Community Children's Centre (AHCCC) understands a parent needs to be careful about choosing a child care centre for their child. That's why our centre in Aberfoyle Park provides programs designed to accommodate the needs of working parents by being affordable and high in quality. We provide a safe, nurturing environment.

We are a community children’s service, a Not-for-Profit organisation. We are governed by a management committee consisting of families and educators; and the director is the manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of service operations.

Aberfoyle Hub Community Children's Centre believes that happiness is paramount to a child's well-being, and in Aberfoyle Park we offer a variety of outdoor and indoor activities that will keep your child fit, balanced and happy.

We offer a safe and nurturing environment, and provide an anti-bias and multicultural curriculum and develop supportive and trusting relationships between families, children and educators. We also offer meals and rest times, and communicate with families about children's milestones and achievements.

Aberfoyle Hub Community Children's Centre in Aberfoyle Park has highly skilled staff fully trained and accredited in early childhood care. However, our primary focus is to hire only people who are passionate advocates for children, and respect the individual needs of each one, which is evident when you visit.

Learning through play is central to our philosophy with a belief that each child has the right to positive experiences throughout childhood. The centre aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which to work with families, providing supportive services according to the needs of children, families and the community.


Since 1988 we have provided a Long Day Care Program for baby, toddler and kindy aged children, we are licensed to take places for children aged 6 weeks-5 years. We are a co-located service with the Hub Preschool and offer a walk-between service. Our vision is one of partnership, growth and being able to learn together with a strong sense of belonging. AHCCC are also proud to provide meals to children. We have gained an award from the Department of Health for the Start Right Eat Right Program the centre introduced in recognition of leading the way in good nutrition. AHCCC are also members of the Cancer Council’s SunSmart Program and follow their recommended guidelines. Parent will also be thrilled to know we are also an Asthma friendly centre.
